Prior to shipping an order, Gnomie Store will make every effort to update an order’s shipping address when notified by email prior to shipping of the order.
In any case, Gnomie Store will not be responsible for orders shipped prior to an address being updated or for address correction request emails if the email is not received and processed by Gnomie Store prior to shipping the order.
Items Damaged in ShippingGnomie Store will, at our own discretion, provide a replacement item at no additional charge to your customer or an account credit to you for any item damaged in shipping, under the terms of our “Returns Policy” (above) as it related to damaged items. A photo of the damage is required to process a replacement or refund.
Undeliverable AddressesGnomie Store is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by customer. Gnomie Store does NOT provide free replacements for orders shipped to incorrect addresses if Gnomie Store successfully shipped the order to the address provided.
After an order has been shipped, if the package is returned to us by the delivery service, due to an “Undeliverable” or “Insufficient” address, or for any other reason, the following will apply:Gnomie Store will notify you by email that we have received a returned package.
If you can provide us with an updated shipping address, we will re-ship or forward the order using the new address. You will be charged a re-shipping fee equal to the original shipping charge on the order order, or if forwarding to a different country, the appropriate shipping charge based on our shipping rate charts. For example: if the shipping amount on an order was originally $5, then you will be charged an additional $5 to re-ship the order.
For shipments to Preferred countries, if, based on the carrier-provided tracking information, we believe an order was lost in transit, and not delivered to the destination and not returned to the return address, we will at our own discretion either re-print and re-ship the order at no additional charge or provide a credit for the full amount of the order.
If a package shipped to a Non-Preferred country, based on the carrier’s tracking, fails to leave the United States in a reasonable time, we may, at our sole discretion, reprint the garments and re-ship the order. Shipments to Non-Preferred countries are considered final and completed once the tracking indicates the package has left the United States.
Delivered, but Not Received Packages
For orders to the US or other Preferred countries, when the carrier-provided tracking shows a package delivered, but your customer claims to have not received the order, this is a customer service issue between you and your customer.Gnomie Store is not responsible for packages with delivery confirmation based on carrier-provided tracking, where the customer claims to have not received the package.
If you wish to provide the customer with a new shipment of the same order again, you can email us and request that we create a “reorder” for you in the App, saving you the time of creating a new manual order in your store.
“Preferred” Country List
As referred to in the above shipping policies, the “Preferred” countries include:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
All other countries are considered “Non-Preferred” countries for the sake of these shipping policies.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.
Shipping fees are based also on the size, weight, and number of the packages in an order. Larger products and additional items will incur slight shipping surcharges. Total shipping charges are shown on the checkout page.
All apparel items are $5.99 for one item + $3 for additional items shipped domestic and $8 for the first item + $3 per each additional product to the rest of the world.
How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?
On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 2-3 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (5-10 days for domestic and 10-15 days for international).
Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
Orders shipped to APO addresses are done so via DHL Globalmail, and then are turned over to USPS for final delivery (through the military mail system). Shipments to APOs can take up to 45 additional days to arrive.
Unfortunately, once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons. This means that we no longer have visibility of your order and cannot provide tracking information.
Will I be charged VAT taxes?
Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.
Items fulfilled from the UK and EU are charged a 20% VAT rate.
